Summary

Replace yarn with bun as the package manager
Update CI workflow to use oven-sh/setup-bun@v2
Update package.json scripts and documentation

Test plan

All 210 tests pass locally with bun run test
Build succeeds with bun run build
CI passes on GitHub Actions
